Live at CERES
We’ve built a community on the foundation of food—marrying refined residences with edible landscapes, orchards, and curated retail to create a living feast for the senses.
The Plan for CERES
Located in Chattahoochee Hills, 30 minutes from Atlanta’s airport, CERES is a 94-acre sanctuary where 70% of the land remains untouched. Today, 10% of our CERES residences are already reserved.
Our Residential Architects
Award-winning architects Elizabeth Graziolo, Linda MacArthur, and Amanda Orr bring an extraordinary command of classical architecture and enduring elegance to CERES. Their work elevates every street, façade, and gathering space with a sense of grace that feels both storied and entirely new, creating spaces meant to be lived in, entertained in, and cherished.
